And why were they able to do so? Isn’t it the company’s responsibility to have a fail-safe system in place to ensure drugs are made to correct specs? How can it be that the 3rd largest generic drug company in the world has a security system that lets production workers decide the safety of medications? I doubt that this occurred without the knowledge or approval from above (and I don’t mean God).Spencernoreply@blogger.com
